The hook points are well formed with a smooth rounded taper, and slightly blunted tips to prevent splitting yarns.For best results, before using, and between each project, rub the hook briskly with a piece of wax paper. This will put a little bit of wax onto the bamboo, sealing the grain and making them even smoother to work with.
